Located in Saint-Denis-d'Oléron, La Ferme aux Vents Salés/Les Menonnières (150 m²) welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds, and 2 baby cots. You’ll have a bathroom, private kitchen, Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, high chair, and outdoor shower. Baby equipment and pet accessories are available on site. Enjoy a large, enclosed 1,500 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors—perfect for relaxing or outdoor activities. Your pets are welcome, with no size or number restrictions. Please note: parties and events are not allowed. The house is becoming fully self-sufficient and is connected to a well due to its distance from village facilities. The water is not drinkable. The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, fridge, Nespresso and regular coffee makers, electric oven, microwave, and two gas stoves. Wastewater is filtered on site. Explore cycling paths and hiking trails leading to the Chassiron lighthouse through vineyards. Two beaches, both 10 minutes away by bike, offer calm waters or waves. The town center with shops and a market is a 10-minute walk; restaurants and the marina are 15 minutes away. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility; if not done, an additional charge applies.
